JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a salary managerial and hands-on position. It involves indoor and outdoor activities, as well as supervising staff, processes and operations in the compost wharf department. Cover for the department’s manager as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor
Flexible schedule, being able to work Saturday or Sunday
Agricultural knowledge helpful
Must have a valid PA Driver’s License
Bilingual: English-Spanish
